Join us at our West Acres studio for this workshop for adults and teens (16+). Beginners are welcome. This class lasts about 2 hours.

Soldering is a fun and functional skill that can be used for everything from making jewelry, stained glass, fixing your plumbing, or repairing electronics. There’s something about melting metal that is just fascinating!

A Talisman is a charm that is thought to bring good luck or energy to the carrier. Students in this class are encouraged to bring special trinkets, coins, gems, rocks from a special place, keys, etc. to turn into wearable charms. We’ll use the copper foil method to create a setting around your trinket, and attach jump rings so you can attach it wherever you’d like. We’ll supply some cords and keychains if you’d like to finish your piece. Each student will finish 1-4 charms within the class time.
